Challenge: Reposition an independent bakery in Sattel, Switzerland, into a refined artisan brand while preserving its craft-driven roots.

The branding reframes sourdough and focaccia as a considered luxury, crafted for a clientele that values quality, tradition, and beautifully designed experiences.
