Challenge: Develop a clear and human-centered brand identity for a tech startup addressing global workforce imbalances while promoting worklife balance.

Solution: I designed the complete brand identity for Mobile Shifts B.V. and led the creative direction of the app’s functional design, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and a user-first experience. The visual language and product design were developed to communicate trust, flexibility, and balance. I am currently leading the marketing direction in preparation for the app’s upcoming launch.
